Payment methods

 We accept the following payment methods for your purchases:

  • Prepayment
  • Paypal
  • Instant bank transfer (via the provider Stripe)
  • Credit card (via the provider Stripe)

We reserve the right in individual cases to carry out the delivery only against advance payment by bank transfer.

 In the case of payment by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

SourceWeb provides you with a wide range of payment methods to pay for your purchases from us. During the ordering process you have the possibility to choose from the following payment methods*:

 

Prepayment:

During your order process, select the payment and shipping method "Prepayment" at the checkout. In the next step click on "continue". You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us and in this e-mail you will find all relevant information for your payment. Please take our IBAN, BIC and the purpose of payment from the e-mail. You can pay for the goods purchased in our online shop as usual by bank transfer at your bank branch or by online banking. After receipt of payment we will send the goods you ordered to the desired address.

PayPal:

A PayPal account is required for payment via PayPal. If you do not have one, you can create one quickly and securely here: https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/account-selection

During the ordering process at the checkout, choose payment with "PayPal". After entering your details (name, address etc.) you will be redirected to PayPal.

Log in to your PayPal account with your email address and password and confirm the payment with just one click. The amount is then debited from your PayPal account and sent to us.

Early repayment or special repayment is possible at any time.

  • Add the desired items to your shopping cart in the Coronavirus Protection Shop.
  • During the ordering process at the checkout (Coronavirus-Protection), choose payment with "PayPal". After entering your details (name, address, etc.) you will be redirected to PayPal.
  • Log in to your PayPal account with your email address and password and select PayPal Installment Payment as payment method.
  • Then make a request for payment in instalments and confirm the information.
  • After agreeing to the credit check and accepting the installment plan, you can confirm PayPal Installment Payment as binding and complete the purchase.

 

Instant bank transfer:

During your order process, select the payment and shipping method "Sofortüberweisung" at the checkout.
In the next step, click on "continue" and you will be forwarded to sofortüberweisung.de. Here you only need to fill in your data and add your PIN and TAN data at the end to confirm the transfer.
If your transaction via DIRECTebanking.com is successful, you will be immediately redirected to the Coronavirus Protection online shop. This completes your order and you will then receive an e-mail with your order confirmation from us.

credit card:

During your order process, select the payment and shipping method "credit card" at the checkout and click "Continue". After confirming your details, you will be redirected via a secure connection to the portal for entering your credit card details. Our partner for payment by credit card is the company Stripe (https://www.stripe.com/de/payments).

Enter your credit card details in the form, confirm the payment and thus easily complete the payment to virus-schutzmasken.de. Your credit card details remain with the payment service provider and will not be transmitted to virus-schutzmasken.de.

After your order you will be immediately redirected to the coronavirus online shop. Thus your order is completed and you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation from us.

 

Giropay:

During your order process, select the payment and shipping method "Giropay" at the checkout and click "Continue".

You will now be forwarded to Giropay: Select your bank. You log in as usual with your online banking access data (e.g. account number and PIN). Giropay redirects you directly to the secure online banking of your bank or savings bank. Your giropay transfer is already completely filled out. With a TAN you release the payment. The amount is transferred from your online banking account directly to our account.

After your order, you will immediately be forwarded to the Coronavirus-Protect online shop. This completes your order and you will then receive an e-mail with your order confirmation from us.

 

Terms of delivery

Delivery is possible worldwide with our partners DPD and DHL etc. The choice of shipping method is determined by the total weight of your order.

Basically: Delivery within 14 days after dispatch, if it is foreseeable that it will take longer, we will inform you/the customer in advance and you will have the opportunity to withdraw from the purchase.

The shipping costs are included in the price.

Unless otherwise stated in the article description, the delivery of the goods in Germany will be made within 14 working days after order confirmation (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
